Hi, I’m looking to replace the glass strips at the top and bottom of the phone, on the back. I’ve found the replacement strips, but nothing about how to actually replace them. Thanks

They are just glued on so pry them out with something thin (apply heat first), clean off the old adhesive, apply new adhesive (if the replacement glass doesn’t have any) and then complete by re-installing the new glass. Check out this video by JerryRigEverything.
