It starts up and shows the apple emblem then it shows the ipod with a sad face on the screen and an eplination point in a triangle, it also says to go to a website but the website doesnt help.

Plug The iPod You Want To Reset Into Your Computer Download Or Open iTunes And Click On Your iPod There Should Be A Restore iPod Button Click It And Press Ok And Wait Until It Is Reset And You Are Done
