The tablet is seven months old. Last week it started locking up. I had to restart it each time. I did an FDR, but it didn’t help. I frequently get an error window that says, “TouchWiz home isn’t responding. Do you want to close it?” The options are Wait and OK. Clicking on either does nothing. I have to restart to get things going again. Other times after I click on an app icon, the screen goes black except for the notification bar at the top. Again, it’s locked. No amount of screen touching or using the hard keys does anything. I have to restart it as described above. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, Since you have performed a factory reset, several times, on your tablet and it didn’t resolve your problems, I suggest, as your tablet is only 7 months old, that you contact the manufacturer’s customer service section and request a warranty repair or replacement.
