I’m currently upgrading a laptop’s ram there’s no service manual available on the Toshiba website anymore. You don’t have a repair guide available for upgrading my laptop’s memory. The laptop is out of warranty by several years. It is a Toshiba Tecra M9 (PTM90E-0C8036EN) laptop. It at the beginning when I got it had around 1-2GB of ram (it is second hand). I have replaced the memory in the bottom module however it is just a single module. So where is the second module and how do I access it please?
Hi @mrgrymreaper , Here is information regarding the maintenance manual for a Toshiba Tecra M9. Scroll to p.4-25 to view the 2nd memory module slot which is under the keyboard. Unfortunately I cannot seem to be able to paste the link into the answer so as to get to the link.
