How to disassemble and access the battery
From what I remember this model open from the front. You need to remove the front glass and LCD. Which is attached to the frame, which is clipped into the back. Very annoying repair, and risky. You need to be careful while removing the LCD and mid-frame, as it’s easy to crack the LCD while you’re prying. Once the screen and frame are removed, the battery and motherboard are located right behind it. You can remove the battery and replace with new one.
