I need to remove a circuit board from my Pioneer LX-5090 TV. There’s a white ribbon cable connecting the circuit board (to be removed) with an adjacent circuit board (to stay in place). Please see picture with ribbon connector highlighted in a red square, My problem is that I simply cannot disconnect the white connector, it’s stuck no matter how much I pull it. I expect there to be some sort of release mechanism on it, but I can’t figure out how this connector is supposed to be disconnected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are little white tabs on the side of the connector. You need to pull up on both of these tabs simultaneously(you can try to push down on the circuit board as well).
