Have a 2013 EzGo RXV rebuilt in 2013. The ride is interrupted by quick intermittent loss of power and it what feels like braking. It could happen 1 - 5 times in a mile or 1 - 5 times in quick succession. Have had in for repair 5 times at 2 different shops and no one can figure it out. Batteries check out ok. I’m at the end of my rope and would appreciate any and all help.
