You will need to open the phone up again and unplug the battery then the front camera cable, then plug the battery back in and try turning it on again. If it boots up fine without the red screen reboot then you will unfortunately need to get the front camera ribbon cable assembly replaced, this should be covered under warranty if it is found to be faulty. Contact where the reseller and tell them that the front camera ribbon cable assembly which was pre-assembled with the screen was found to be faulty causing the red screen of death bootloop and the phone worked after I unplugged it. If it boots up to iTunes Recovery Logo and not red screen of death turn off, that is because of a failed restore attempt. Use 3UTools (Downloadable windows application) to try to kick it out of recovery mode. If it won’t kick out of recovery mode then you will need to restore it. If it still red screen of death apple boot loops then check the front camera connector on the logic board for any lint on it.
