Screen started on permaflicker yesterday. Had intermittent issues for a day or two prior. No know drops or blows to the maching. Display on external monitor is fine, screenshots do not capture any of the dipslay issues. Seems to be LCD / hardware related I think. Got tools on the way to crack into it and see if anythings loose. About 6 months out of warranty. Any other suggestions? http://jciproof.us/7ZzzDF/lElIRHFT

Oh Boy you got it bad! Your issue is likely the lid assembly got a good bang damaging it. To be sure your image should be clear using an external display. If thats the case, follow this IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 Display Assembly Replacement and here’s the part you’ll need: IFIXIT - MacBook Pro 15" Retina (Mid 2015) Display Assembly - Apple P/N 661-02532 Or from here: PowerBookMedic - MacBook Pro 15" Retina (Mid 2015) Display Assembly - Apple P/N 661-02532
