I would do what your Blackberry says to do and go to to the Blackberry error website: Smartphone Support www.bberror.com http://us.blackberry.com/support/smartph… click on your particular model and follow their directions.

I saw the post sometimes ago while iwas looking for ahelp with the same issue, just gogle autoloader and download autoloader for your blackberry 10 device. Mine is z10, so i downloaded this version on my computer Z10_10.3.02.2876_STL100-2-3 (you can google it), unzip it and instal on my pc. I connected my z10 through usb cord and it auto load a new Operating System on my phone and its been working well since then. From Adeteloye

To Resolving this Issue- Connect your BB10 Device to Laptop/Computer.Open Blackberry Link (Software preinstalled) & Login to your Blackberry Account.Click on ‘Reload’ button.

This will reload your BB10 Device OS by downloading & installing update for OS.
