Hi @peedee , Try starting the phone in safe mode. This should prove whether the problem is being caused by a 3rd party app or not. If it has gone then the trick is to find the offending app. If it is still there perhaps try a factory reset (after backing up the phone of course). This will prove whether it is a software or a hardware fault. If the fault remains after a factory reset it is a hardware fault If the fault disappears after a factory reset, restore the phone using the backup you made and see if it comes back or has been resolved by the reset.
