my phone is irresponsive, opens and closes apps, rings numbers, takes pictures, opens and closes all sorts of apps and windows sporadically and quickly. Can’t access settings. Cant even switch off if sliding. Found IMEI. Thank you
The first thing to do would be an update or a restore followed by a screen replacement.
