What is the best resource for identifying ICs based on their package markings? Is the only solution to search manufacturer sites if they offer a package marking search? Thanks!
J A, here is a pretty good explanation on how manufacturers mark their IC’s. Personally I make use of this site and this one as well. Also, it helps to learn about the package of the IC’s, which will help as well. I find most of the IC’s I am interested in through this, but nothing beats the right schematic.
