After replacing the ufi chip on two macbook air a1466 (emc 2632 and 2178), I see that I have missing resistors that I can’t find on the schematics (r6115 and r6128 near u6100). My problème is that I can’t figure out the values of that resistor! How can I do since I don’t have a working board to compare?

Please ID the locations you think had been populated from these photos. Keep in mind some Schematics come off the back of the truck are not complete! Also Apple might have altered the design not needing the component! As an example Apple doesn’t populate the JTAG connector as well some debug components which are not needed in production.
What do you mean by “I can’t figure out the values?” You have posted the values in your image.
