The computer doesn’t power on. It only shows a solid green light in LED#1 The power supply makes tick noises and the noises change when I press the power button. I would like to know how can I test it with a multimeter? I’m planning on buying a new MB because this one has a blown part but I don’t want to buy a new MB and have a bad PSU kill it. A ticking noise is a coil or transformer in the power supply. I would first replace the power supply before trying a new logic board.
