I couldn’t charge my iphone 7 but it was still working that time. After the battery dead I couldn’t turn it on. So i sent to the shop I bought it since its still covered by their extended warranty. Now the thing is there is small crack near home button which is not even on the screen and they saying display is dead and they can’t check the problem unless i fix the screen 1st by paying(screen is not covered by the warranty). What should i do?

Since the defect does not involve the display, both you and he do not understand why replacing the display has squat to do with a small crack in the case. Go up the ladder to the top management and ask for an explanation. A small crack in the case has absolutely no relationship to their faulty repair.
