Does this mean it’s possible to make emergency calls from an iPod?
Well… Not really keep in mind the iPod does not have cellular connectivity. It does have WiFi & Bluetooth! So if you had a VoIP app running on your iPod then you could call via WiFi over the internet. This would not be emergency calling in the true sense as you would need to be connected to a WiFi network and you do need to pay for the service.
