Hello, The rear camera of my 2-year-old 1st-generation iPhone SE no longer focuses on any object regardless of distance. So far, I have externally cleaned the lens, updated the OS to iOS 14.3, and have made sure that it has more than 60 GB of available memory space. How might I diagnosis the cause of this malfunction? For that matter, if it’s not the iOS, available memory space, or dirt on the surface, then what might be the cause? Thank you, Benjamin H.
Most likely the rear camera is faulty. They are not that expensive to buy and you would need to rule it out before trouble shooting any further.
