I have problem with the release shutter button. Anytime when i press the button bouch back slowly.. it feel like something stick on it. Please guide me how to open and clean tht button. Thanks
Hi @zeemapac , Here is a link to the ifixit Sony a7R II Teardown guide. This shows how to dis-assemble the camera. At Step.12 you will have access to the shutter button. It may be a sealed unit so perhaps you won’t be able to clean it that easily. Hopefully this is of some help.
