My V10 got wet with some water I shaked it of it was working then left then returned it stopped working . it won’t charge so I putted at rice . May you tell me a way to recover my photos :'(

First, Do what @gigabit87898 said. Then, if you had an SD card in get it out and read it with your PC. If neither work, check https://photos.google.com. Hope this helps!

Use a data recovery tool, if the phone can be detected by the computer, such softwares can recover data from it, recover data from water damaged phone.
