I have recently flashed a custom recovery on this phone. Since I forgot to disable frp lock (Re-enabled it by setting up phone after flash) it will be blocked from entering the recovery mode. for some reason it will boot-loop non stop. It will try to load the recovery then crash reboot and repeat. Thanks!
You need to put the phone back into download mode via holding volume down + power + home constantly and reflash the firmware or stock recovery file onto the phone. How to flash firmware if you need it, flash with home_csc and not the non-home csc to avoid factory resetting the phone if needed: http://updato.com/how-to/how-to-install-… When you get phone working again go to settings, about phone, software info tap build number 7 times then go developer option and enable OEM unlock.
