The fridge is not cooling well and the foods in the freezer are melt .. and the fridge compressor is very very hot. When I put an external fan behind the fridge, everything became good and fridge is working well. Is it the cooling fan problem? If so please tell how to fix it or how to replace the coolng fan ? From what you’ve described, it sounds like the condenser fan has failed. On the skid underneath there is most likely a condenser coil and a small motor and fan. If the compressor is running so too should the fan. If it is not, you’ll need to replace it. Get the info off the old motor to identify the size (its probably a small black steel-encased motor called a watt motor). Its normally held on by 4 screws. Might come with new fan blade attached, or you’ll need to carefully remove the fan blade from old motor and put on new. Be very careful you don’t bend the fan when you do as you will unbalance it!!!
