I cant go inside my main menu.Lockscreen password is not accepting.This happened after I upgraded the OS and restart the phone.Normally it only asks for my fingerprint but it asked for my lockscreen password.
If you cannot remember your lock screen password then your only option is to restore the iPhone / iPod on itunes The device will need to be in DFU Mode You will however lose all your data How to Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your Mac. Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. As soon as the screen goes black release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. Click on restore
