Chosen Solution
I decided to build an all used parts PC and try to get bang for the buck performance. Well I have everything but the front panel done. I cannot find the front panel connector. The motherboard is powered because there is a green light on the motherboard. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I’m also having this problem with the 8100 elite I looked on Mike’s first link and found out my motherboard is the 8100 elite ssf but when I look at mine P5 is the correct place
but on my actual board I have this
I have this? 7 by 2 minus 1 on the manual but only 5 by 2 minus 1 on the board. Any ideas.
