the screen was cracked about a month ago and continued to work , but now the screen is frozen and won’t allow me to use it or power off.
Have you tried holding the power button down for 60 sec or until it does shut down? you can also open the case and disconnect the battery HP Tablet Repair select your tablet , most have opening instructions Hope this helps
@mzspeedy sounds to me like the screen (digitizer) has finally failed. Now would be a good time to replace it.
