Hello! I wanna ask about the bose SoundLink color two, because it wasn’t charging and no ones light turned on, and I tried to open my nose and I broke the bottom of the case and I can not close it. Is it posible to fix it ? Thanks

@vickyallub there is really not a whole lot you can do to repair it. the reason why you can’t close it is most likely because of the loops getting in the way. I would cut the joops of just to slide the cover back into position. Use a prying tool like a spudger or any tool like these Prying and Opening Tool Assortment to fold the edge back under the lip in the case
