So I can not get my earphones to work, I can’t figure it out or I’m just that stupid. LOL And yes they were plugged in , LOL And the earphones work worked great with my other tablet. So if you might be able to help, that would be great. Thank You, Terry T.
Hi, First, do the tab’s speakers work when you do not have the earphones plugged in? If not check the sound settings. I know you said earphones work in another device. Just to prove things try a different set of earphones in your tab. If they don’t work then your earphone socket is either faulty or has become disconnected off the board. You could try just very gently moving the plug side to side or up and down while it is in the socket and see if you get any sound. If so it possibly proves a loose connection.
