When I get a call, I see the wave signals and the phone icon, swipe to the right, or tap the phone but I can not answer the call.
Your settings may have been changed by the installation of an app . You should go into your setting for phone calls and see how your set to answer calls . Hope this helps
Hi @Veniamin Yankelevich Here’s an image taken from the user manual that shows how to answer a call.

My phone was coming up with three phones red , grey in the middle and a green phone on the left. If you press the grey phone and swipe to the green phone it answers the call, or swipe the grey to the red to cancel the incoming call.
You have to swipe up, not sidewards. Than it works
Hi @Joe Lent Are you actually touching and holding the green answer icon when sliding it up to answer a call? Does the touchscreen work in that area of the screen when you are using different apps etc
Incoming Call cannot be answered / when needing to swipe it will hang the incoming call up
