@danj looks to me like C7711 on a 820-00163 does not correspond with the location pictures of that component
The images posted with the question by the OP are actually showing two separate components (hence the request for clarification). Update (03/07/2020) BKM that is reference designator R7700 which is a 0612 0.025 ohm 1% 1W reverse resistor. Those are used as current sensing resistors.
If I’ve ID’ed the correct location that is C7711 4.7UF 10% 25V X6S-CERM 0603 capacitor
