lock button on and I can’t get it to unlock. How do I unlock it to start a cycle?
Press and hold the Air Dry key for 5 seconds to turn off (or on) the Control Lock feature
Did you install the machine yourself, or did a service technician do it for you? I assume the washer is correctly powered and wired? I don’t have the dishwasher myself, but try taking a peek at the instruction manual here: http://www.manualsdir.com/manuals/496571… It says the door latches closed automatically during the wash cycle, so maybe double check that the START/RESUME button isn’t active and running.
