I have tried from airplane mode to reset settings to factory reser then restore. Still cant receive calls. Somehow when i switch from 4g to 3g i can make calls. Helpppp
Have you also tried it in a different location and with another sim card? If so it’s most likely is a parts problem with the antenna. There are two parts. 1. Dock assembly. 2. Flex cable going from dock to logic board.
Some people get this mixed up and think it is only for Wi-Fi but it is the main cellular antenna as well. I would check both of these connections and make sure they are seated properly. Then replace them if needed.
