Chosen Solution
I dropped my HP Spectre earlier today. When I booted it up, the bottom right corner is darker. I can still see the icons, and move my mouse through that area. I think it might be the backlight, but I’m not sure if it’s just disconnected or actually shattered. Does anyone have any suggestions in the way of whether I can fix it myself (I have amateur but decent hardware skills), or how much something like this would cost to get replaced, especially seeing as it is not necessarily affecting the performance of the device.
