Hi, You can factory reset your phone but this will delete all personal data from the phone memory. Press and hold the Volume Up and the Power buttons at the same time. From the Android System Recovery menu select - wipe data/factory reset and follow the instructions. Regards.

it just restarted my phone
Sllthat did was turn the phone on. Now what - I’m desperate
My phone has reset but it keeps asking for my old pattern when i cant remember.
wrongly I pressed disable password now sound button comes with google speaking help but nothing working, having a very big problem. how to I open my Alcatel phone?
