I forgot the Password to my iPhone 5 and apparently I have ‘Find my iPhone’ turned on, so I can’t just reset it. I tried to turn it off via iCloud, but the Phone has to have access to the Internet in order for the Find iPhone thing to be turned off. But the Internet is turned off on the Phone and I can’t turn it on from the lockscreen. What should I do?
Hi Merlana, If you restore the phone via a computer, and put the phone in to DFU mode to restore it, you can then enter the iCloud details after it has wiped, you will be also be able to turn the wifi on as that is one of the activation steps in the setup.
