My music is working but the screen does not. I tried the reboot and still nothing. please help
Try holding the power button, for at least 20 seconds, to reset it. You could also take out the battery, Sansa C250 Repair press and hold power button for 30 seconds. Put battery back in and close case. Now press power button.
