Chosen Solution
When repairing my Mac and installing new ram I forgot to put rubber guards on the clips will this damage or effect it over time. Should I open it back up again and replace them ? thanks
Sure you only need two lug nuts to hold the wheel on, throw the rest away ;-} I would open it up and install them. Clearly the Apple engineering staff believed they where needed. Now would you drive a car with only two lug nuts holding each of your four wheels on? I hope not!
