I bought an i phone 7 128 gb yesterday from UAE dubai Emirates mall. When i tried to click a picture the phone fell down on rocks and shattered itself, the camera and screen is completely broken. what should i do? Do i have any hope? Or is it my 649$ is completely lost! :( :(
This is one of the few times I say go to apple. Even if you got it six months ago, I would see what kind of warranty you have, and even if they don’t, I don’t think it’s that much to get it repaired there. Go to Apple for a whole device replacement. Usually costs about half of the new device. If you are super sexy and nice, Apple Store genius can give you a one-time waiver.
