Chosen Solution
After replacing with NEW BATTERY received from you, charged the battery for 12 hrs. After that TURN ON PHONE when turn on LIGHTED APPLE SYMBOL appear and stay symbol for ever till battery die. It is was not getting TURN on SCREEN or Password SCREEN.
If the old battery is still in tact I would connect that and see if the phone boots up so you can enter in the passcode. If that doesn’t fix it you may have a board level issue.
