ELECTRIC DRYER!!! I waited a day and plugged the dryer back in then reset the breaker and it immediately popped off again. I waited 2 more days, same thing. I took the top back off and saw a black mark where the oil dripped down a wire. I cleaned the oil off and painted on the burn, but it still pops off! I need to take the bottom back off and clean the oil and see,,,,!!!?I don’t know what to look for?!!! Plus, I don’t know what to do when I find something! HELP PLEASE!!!
Was the black mark on the wire or on the circuit board the wire connects to? The oil may have damaged the board, probably the control panel.
