gopi krishna, your " graphics card" is actually a chipset that is part of the system board, it cannot be upgraded.
Hi, You can not integrate any additional card into your laptop motherboard. Good luck.
The gpu is actually dedicated not integrated so maybe it can be change my advice will be to write to DELL as that is what i’m about to do because i have same product
I had the same issue Had my laptop reflowed .. it lasted a couple of yrs after that same problem Then some repair guys from kolkata somehow changed it with a intel gpu for INR 4000 and it’s working fine now.
