Hi there, I purchased a second hand laptop for college and theres various apps downloaded on it such as EBay … also the sticker underneath says windows 8 but the laptop is saying there’s like a false windows 7 on it …. I would prefer to use windows 7 but I need to know how to completely wipe the laptop so its like new and if I could buy a product key for windows 7 would this then work? thanks so much for any help in advance
Hi, Here is a link that shows how to reset most Toshiba laptops (you didn’t state the model number of yours) to a factory fresh software condition.
