Hi, my mother bought this ipad mini from my brother and she activated it under her email and its been a couple years and I found the ipad and my mom completely forgot the password to iCloud account. So I’m wondering If I replace the logic board, am I able to activate it on my account like it was never owned before?
gavindanderson yes. For as long as you replace the logic board with one that is not locked, it will be like a new one.
