a friend of mine recently bought an early 2011 i5 macbook pro 13" but has a few dents on the body would it be possible to move the 2011’s internals to her old A1278 mid 2012’s body without running into hardware issues? her old 2012’s body is in pristine condition, just that, the logic board is dead and is too expensive to have it replaced vs buying a 2nd hand unit
If both have an i core processor you probably won’t have problems. If it has a core 2 duo logic board the logic board mounts may be positioned differently.
