Why the tablet won’t pick up .5 just only 2.4 An it buffering on my internet it’s is a nextbook nx16a10132s
Hi, Are you sure that it has 5.8GHz WiFi capability, if that is what you mean when you say it wont pick up 5? Cannot find the user guide or specs which elaborate past the fact that it has WiFi (no frequencies listed). However this link to the FCC ID code for the tablet indicates that it has approval for only the 2.4GHz signal range, so presumably it doesn’t have the 5.8GHz installed. https://fccid.io/S7JNX16A10132S Is there an option in the WiFi settings to switch between the two?
