Chosen Solution
I often do recording of fm radio songs and put them on the internal memory has files. My memory seems to be waked up becuase it says I have on ly 26mb left and there is no songs in the fm playlist section. Somehow the player is not sincing the recording songs and therefore they are stuck on the player forever.
I tried formatting internal memory it worked. Problem solved got 7,370 free mb right now. Good thing I took out my external chip first so that did not get whiped
