Ipad Air A1474 has backlight but no image. The tablet is turned on, there is sound, the backlight is visible, but there is no picture. This happened after changing the digitizer and I guess the reason is that I did not isolate the battery before. I found a missing component near the lcd screen connector. I’m not sure if it’s relevant to the problem?

The missing component is C7046 (0.1uF / 6.3V / 20% / 01005 / X5R). This capacitor is “inline” and used to filter the EDP_DATA_N<2> line and as such, it has to be replaced. Such small components are difficult to DIY repair so your best bet is to find a repair shop that does micro-soldering repairs.

Good afternoon I’m in need of an information I’m having a problem on the capacitor c7046 of the ipad air model A 1474 I need the value of this component, can you help me.
Try simple things first like hard reset, put off battery press power button for 20sec, install battery again and try to turn on the device. If problem exist then seems you made a mother board damage, maybe you removed a small part like capacitor or filter. You need to see schematic and compare with your motherbowrd
