Hi. I´ve replaced the digitizer on my iPad and everything went nice I thought…. But when I tried to turn the iPad on nothing happens :( If I put it on the cable or plug it into my Mac it is only beeping exactly every 6 seconds. I am able to recover the iPad via iTunes even without lcd and digitizer connected… but that doesn´t solve the problem… I reopened the iPad to have a look what is happened. All cables are connected and nothing seems wrong!!! I ´ve reattached the old LCD but the problem is still present…All cables seem good… The iPad was off when I opened it… What may cause the problem? Please help :( Im Not sure if the homebutton line is ok. May a broken homebutton cause this error? What to do now :( its broken !@#$…
While this could be a backlight problem, it is more likely an LCD connector problem if both sides of the screen aren’t lit. Is the latch intact on the LCD connector?
