Hey! I’m about to change display on a iPad Pro 12.9 I worked for a company a few years ago and they refused to change the display on this version of iPad because they said they would get touch issues even if they put the old screen back on. Anyone here knows if this is a common issue?
That is not a common issue, if you install a good quality screen on it everything will work fine, when apple release a new device, is really hard to find parts, i remember that when apple just released this model suppliers were selling the screens without controller, and you have to remove it from the old one to the new one (MicroSoldering), and if you are bad in micro soldering you will have touch or display issues. Now you can find the complete screen, easy plug and play task.
