I had an iPhone 4 I was using it just fine when suddenly the battery went and when I charged it it wouldn’t turn back on. It stayed on the apple logo and wouldn’t go any further. Thinking it was the battery I took it to a shop to have it replaced. They told me it wasn’t the battery and that they couldn’t fix it. I took it to another shop for a second opinion only they said the same thing. When I got the phone back it now won’t turn on at all. I had a lot of pictures on there that wasn’t backed up. I’m desperate to do anything to get it back on again. Any ideas?

While it could be related to the Charging port, I suspect it is more likely an issue on the logic board. If the phone died when the battery was depleted, then it could be the charging circuit. Otherwise, it could be just about anything. The only way to recover data from a phone is to fix it enough to get it working. If the pictures are that important to you, then consider having it looked at by an experienced micro-solderer.
