When i the screen is lifted it has display but when i put it in place it suddenly goes all black .but it has sounds and the touch is working im hearing a sound on my touches .what is the possible problem need help pls
General iPhone 5 troubleshooting steps: New screen? Are you needing to force the screen in? You may want to check the iPhone 5 metal housing frame for dents especially in corners that impede the screen from being put on properly. Did you install the metal plate for the screen that has 3 screw holes? Did you make sure battery is unplugged before unplugging / plugging in screen cables? Did you hard reset the phone home + power button?
